Player of the Week

Williams is Digest Player of the Week

DeANGELO WILLIAMS
Running Back

BALTIMORE – There were few bright spots for the Steelers here today, especially on offense, but one of them would have to be running back DeAngelo Williams. On a day when the Steelers needed a victory to stay in complete control of their playoff fate, the Ravens played better on third downs and were a plus-2 in turnover ration along the way to a 20-17 victory at M&T Bank Stadium.

Williams finished the afternoon with 100 yards rushing on 17 carries (5.9 average) and both of the Steelers touchdowns. He also caught six passes for 53 more yards to finish as the team's most productive offensive player with 153 total yards from scrimmage and the two rushing touchdowns.

Williams is the Steelers Digest Player of the Week.

Also considered were Ryan Shazier, who had 13 tackles; and Brandon Boykin, who had eight tackles and the Steelers' only sack of Ravens quarterback Ryan Mallett.
