Player of the Week

Warren is Digest Player of the Week

JAYLEN WARREN
Running Back

There weren't a lot of bright spots and the few that could be classified as such ring hollow in light of the 29-10 loss to Kansas City on Christmas Day at Acrisure Stadium.

Jaylen Warren rushed for 71 yards on 11 carries (6.5 average), and he caught 5 passes for 41 more yards to finish the game with 112 yards from scrimmage on 16 touches. The 71 yards rushing represented a season high for Warren. He is the Steelers Digest Player of the Week.

Also considered were DT Cam Heyward, who had 4 tackles, including 1 for loss, plus 1 of the 2 hits on the quarterback managed by the Steelers defense; WR George Pickens, who caught 3 passes for 50 yards and had another reception for 14 yards nullified by an offside penalty; RB Najee Harris, who rushed for 74 yards on 13 carries (5.7 average) to bring his total on the season to 1,007 yards; and Patrick Queen and Minkah Fitzpatrick, who each had 7 tackles to share the team lead in that category.
