Player of the Week

Brown is Digest Player of the Week

ANTONIO BROWN
Wide Receiver

NEW ORLEANS – There were a few quality receivers running around on the floor of the Superdome today, but he was the best, the most productive, and the most clutch.

Antonio Brown caught 14 passes for 185 yards (13.2 average) with two touchdowns in the Steelers' 31-28 loss to the Saints, and he also gave them a chance to continue on a potential game-winning or game-tying drive with an artistic 19-yard catch along the sideline to convert a fourth-and-15 in the final minute.

Brown is the Steelers Digest Player of the Week.

Also considered were Ben Roethlisberger, who completed 33-of-50 (66 percent) for 380 yards, with three touchdowns, no interceptions, and a rating of 108.8; JuJu Smith-Schuster, whose 11-catch, 115-yard game was ruined by that lost fumble in the final 70 seconds; Sean Davis, who had five tackles, an interception, and two passes defensed; T.J. Watt, who had three tackles, one sack, and one pass defensed; Stephon Tuitt, who had two tackles, one sack, and two hits on the quarterback; and L.J. Fort, who had one tackle and blocked a field goal in the fourth quarter with the Steelers protecting a 28-24 lead.
