Statistically, it was his best game of the season. Against the Los Angeles Chargers, Antonio Brown caught 10 passes for 154 yards and a 28-yard touchdown in a game the Steelers lost on a final-play field goal, 33-30. Those totals represented the most catches and the most receiving yards in a game so far this season for Brown, and his touchdown marked the 10th straight game this season in which he has gotten into the end zone.

Also considered were L.J. Fort, who led the team with 12 tackles and also partially blocked a punt in the second quarter that led to a field goal; Cam Heyward, who had four tackles, two hits on Philip Rivers, and a pass batted down at the line of scrimmage; Terrell Edmunds, who had seven tackles, a sack, and a pass defensed; and Javon Hargrave, who had four tackles, a sack, and two hits on the quarterback.
