On Saturday the team added Ben Roethlisberger to the injury report with a knee after he was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 List.

The Steelers wrapped up the mainstay of their preparation for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals and did so on Friday without Anthony McFarland and Kevin Dotson. Both players missed practice with an illness, McFarland for the second-straight day.
Coach Mike Tomlin said he kept them out of the building as a precaution as the team is currently in intensive COVID-19 protocol.
"Those are illness related, but obviously being in the heightened circumstances that we are in in terms of the intensive protocol, we're exercising all of the proper precautions and not allowing those guys to come to work, even though it's an illness," said Tomlin.
Cornerback Mike Hilton (shoulder) and defensive lineman Isaiah Buggs (ankle) were both limited on Friday. McFarland, Dotson, Hilton and Buggs are all listed as questionable for Sunday.
On the good news front, the team could get nose tackle Tyson Alualu (knee) back on Sunday, which would be a big boost for the defense. Alualu was a full participant in practice on Friday.
"You can characterize Mike (Hilton) as questionable," said Tomlin. "He has been a limited participant all week. We'll continue to monitor his progress in the last 48 hours as we push towards game time. I think that Tyson is in a better place. His participation was a full one today. There are very little reservations regarding his abilities or availability, so he is a go."
In addition, assistant offensive line coach Adrian Klemm will not be coaching on Sunday because of an illness.
