El tackle ofensivo de la universidad de Washington fue elegido con el pick 20 del NFL Draft 2024. El anuncio fue hecho por Cam Heyward en vivo y a todo color desde Detroit, Michigan.
Fautanu jugó del lado derecho de la línea en la mayoría de su carrera universitaria, pero es capaz de jugar en cualquier otro espacio de la línea ofensiva. Los Steelers siguen reforzando la línea ofensiva del equipo, si recordamos, en la edición del Draft del año pasado elegimos a Broderick Jones.
Las cualidades que más destacan del nuevo integrante de los Steelers es un par de piernas fuertes, que empujan y mantienen bien los bloqueos, píes rápidos y ágiles y es un experto en salir a bloquear en jugadas de pantalla.
