The Steelers signed receiver Scotty Miller to a one-year contract on Wednesday.
In five seasons, Miller has appeared in 67 games, with eight starts. He has 85 receptions for 1,085 yards, a 12.8-yard average, and six touchdowns. He has also carried the ball eight times for 81 yards, a 10.1-yard average, and one touchdown.
Miller spent the 2023 season with the Atlanta Falcons under Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith. He appeared in 17 games for the Falcons, finishing the year with 11 catches for 161 yards, a 14.6-yard average, and two touchdowns.
Miller was originally drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, the 208th overall selection. He spent his first four seasons with the Buccaneers, appearing in 50 games and pulling in 74 receptions for 924 yards and four touchdowns.
Miller played collegiately at Bowling Green State University, where he appeared in 45 games, starting 34. He had 215 receptions for 2,868 yards and 23 touchdowns. He earned first-team All-MAC honors as a sophomore, second-team honors as a senior, and third-team honors as a junior.
