They are the best of the best. The ones who have had the greatest impact on the Pittsburgh Steelers, whether it be on or off the field.

They are legends. Some are Super Bowl Champions. Some are Hall of Famers.

But they are all individuals who made a difference, all individuals who are in the Steelers Hall of Honor.

There are 36 individuals in the Steelers Hall of Honor, a combination of players, coaches and contributors, and now it's time to get ready for the Steelers 2020 Hall of Honor Class.

And Steelers fans, you have an input.

Beginning on Monday, Feb. 17 through Friday, April 17, fans can submit nominations for the Steelers 2020 Hall of Honor Class, legends who have made a lasting impact on the team.

All fans who submit a nomination will be automatically entered to win weekly prizes and be eligible for the grand prize of a VIP trip to the Steelers Hall of Honor Weekend Celebration in the Fall.

The Hall of Honor was established to recognize former players, coaches, and front office personnel who played an integral role in the success of the franchise, from the beginning in 1933 until now. To be considered, a player must be retired at least three years and played a minimum of three seasons for the Steelers. Former coaches and contributors had to make significant contributions to the team and community.

To be considered for the Hall of Honor, a nominee must meet the following criteria:

FORMER PLAYERS:
• Retired for at least three seasons
• Must have played for the Steelers for a minimum of three seasons
• Should possess noteworthy career highlights, records, and achievements

FORMER COACHES AND CONTRIBUTORS:
• Significant contributions to the team and community.
