Thomas Rush originally signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent following the 2023 NFL Draft. He spent the season on the Titans practice squad and was signed to a Reserve/Future contract following the season. Rush played college football at Minnesota where he appeared in 58 games. He finished his college career with 86 tackles, 55 of them solo stops, 13.5 tackles for a loss, eight and a half sacks, five passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. Rush started all 13 games in 2022, recording 34 tackles and earning All-Big Ten honorable mention.
