There are no major surprises on this week's inactive list, especially after Coach Mike Tomlin ruled out Darrius Heyward-Bey and Morgan Burnett on Friday. Heyward-Bey is battling an ankle injury, missing his second straight game, while Burnett is missing his fourth straight game with a groin injury.
Also on the inactive list is L.J. Fort, who was listed as doubtful on Friday's status report. Fort was injured against the Falcons last week when he was one of the linebackers who stepped in for then injured fellow linebacker Vince Williams. Williams, who was inactive last week, was a full participant in practice all week and is active today.
The rest of the Steelers inactives are quarterback Mason Rudolph, safety Marcus Allen, offensive tackle Zach Banner, and defensive end L.T. Walton.
