Steelers Coach of the Week - Week 2
Brian Hanson, South Allegheny High School
Week 2 Coach of the Week honors go to Coach Brian Hanson from the South Allegheny Gladiators after defeating the Carlynton Cougars, 37-13, in a Class 2A non-conference matchup. The South Allegheny victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to 2023. The win also takes the Gladiators to a 3-0 overall record, for the first time since 1977. This is the first Coach of the Week honors for Brian Hanson who took over the program in 2023.
