Steelers Coach of the Week - Week 1
Trevor George, Riverview High School
Week 1 Coach of the Week honors go to Coach Trevor George from the Class 1A Riverview Raiders after upsetting the Class 3A Valley Vikings, 38-36, in the nonconference matchup. The Raiders defense held off the Vikings 2-point conversion to force overtime. The win takes the Riverview Raiders to an 1-0 overall record to kickoff the season. This is the first Coach of the Week honors for Trevor George who took over the program in 2020.
