Who is your football mentor or inspiration?
It's always been my dad (John Bostic). He has been in my shoes before. He has always been a good role model, not only what he has done on the field, but off the field too. Overcoming the odds.

What motivates you?
My family. Putting us in a better place. Just to see where my parents came from and where we are as a family now and where we would like to get to. That motivates me every day.

What has been the biggest challenge you've had to overcome?
I would say there are different things I have dealt with in the NFL that have challenged me.

How did you overcome it?
My family. Being able to rely on them, depend on them, lean on them. When I need them, they are always there for me and it makes it that much easier.

What scares you?
Nothing. Nothing scares me.

When did you start to dream about playing in the NFL?
When I was about six or seven. My first year playing I hated it. I just wanted to be playing outside with my friends.

Why do you play football?
The locker room. The guys you get together with and put it all together and set a goal and trying to go achieve it.

When you hear Steelers football, what do you think?
Defense.
