HR 2: Fireside Friday – Week 11

The Steelers and Ravens are the marquee matchup of the week but the Chiefs and Bills face each other once again in the 4 o'clock window, plus the Bengals take on the Charges on Sunday night as both teams fight for a wild card spot. Tom and Jacob share who they got in their Triple Play and they pick a winner for Steelers/Ravens.

The Steelers will face off against the Ravens for the first time in the 2024 season this Sunday afternoon and many are calling it the matchup of the season so far. The Steelers are underdogs at home but with Russell Wilson leading the Steelers to a 3-0 record and averaging 30 points in those three victories, there's good reason to believe Russ and Co. will be able to exploit a weak Ravens pass defense.

For years the Steelers/Ravens rivalry was all about defense, but now the Ravens have the number one offense in the NFL, and they also have the worst pass defense in the league. Russell Wilson is 3-0 and averaging 30 points per game and can further expose the Ravens defense which can result in a Steelers victory.

Tom and Jacob play a round of Mh Hmm or Uh Uhh to determine which of the league's worst teams would they want to take over GM duties to try and turn things around, and they rank their top ten teams heading into the eleventh week of the season.

HR 1: Steelers Make Statement Win Over the Commanders

The Steelers allowed a season high 27 points but Russell Wilson threw for three touchdowns including the game winning moon ball to newly acquired WR Mike Williams to lead his team over Washington and improve to 7-2.

The Steelers had the biggest win of the week over Washington but there was still plenty of NFL action to pay attention to including the Chiefs blocking a last second field goal to remain perfect, the Niners winning with Christian McCaffrey back, and a major upset in Atlanta.

Mike Tomlin has a great track record coming off the bye week and against rookie quarterbacks, but Jayden Daniels seems like a different animal. Russell Wilson and Najee Harris need to attack the penetrable Washington run defense. Tom and Jacob make their predictions for who steps up against the Giants as a Big Balla.
