Ep 1: Expectations for the Defense as Training Camp Kicks Off

Yesterday Mike Tomlin took to the podium to announce that Russell Wilson will spend the week taking reps with the first teamers which could indicate that Russ will get his first of the season. The Jets traded for Davante Adams and the Bills traded for Amari Cooper to get some much needed wide receiver help.

We're one third of the way through the season so it's just as good a time as ever to determine if certain teams are dead or alive, and Tom and Jacob rank their top ten teams heading into the seventh week of the season.

The Steelers put up 30 points on offense and Najee Harris ran for over 100 yards both for the first time all season, the defense forced three turnovers, and the special teams got a blocked punt in an overall dominating win against the Raiders.
