Just a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, from this week.
Antonio Brown on if any flips are in the plans:
"No flips. We have to keep it clean. It's a long season and we have a few more weeks left. We have to finish strong and make some smart decisions."
Cam Heyward on being in a groove:
"We are not in a groove. There are a lot of things we can improve…tackling, executing turnovers, sacks. Everything we can improve on."
Mike Mitchell on if he is surprised the Seahawks are 5-5 after being NFC champions last year:
"This is the NFL and nothing really surprises you. There is so much parity. It's really week to week. You might smack somebody by 50 and then lose by 50. That is just kind of how the league goes."
Antonio Brown on going against the Seahawks Richard Sherman:
"That is what makes the NFL so much fun. You have great wide receivers and great corners competing against each other. It makes it exciting to watch."
David DeCastro on former Steelers guard, who wore No. 66, being a Hall of Fame semifinalist:
"He was awesome. He was one of the best at the position. You try to create your own path, but it's always in the back of your mind that you want to do your best so you can pay respect to the number as well."
Greg Warren, who played with Faneca, on him advancing to semifinalist:
"First of all it's well deserved. I remember him as one of the biggest, most athletic players I first saw when I came into the NFL. He was a freakish athlete to be that size, to move that well, his feet and hand eye coordination. He was a head above the rest. It's well deserved."
