The Steeline, the drumline that performs at Steelers home games and special events, will be holding open auditions for new members on June 8 from 6-9 p.m. and on June 22 from 1-4 p.m. The auditions will be held at the Irish Centre of Pittsburgh in Squirrel Hill.
The Steeline, a high energy group, performs around Heinz Field on game day and inside before and during the game. They also have performed at the Heinz Field Rib Fest and Heinz Field Fourth of July Celebration.
Those who audition should have prior experience playing in drumlines and must be 21 years old or over. Partial membership is available for those 18 years old and over as well.
