The Steelers have signed rookie free agent running back Josh Harris, the team announced today. He will wear No. 40. Harris played collegiately at Wake Forest, and went undrafted in the 2014 NFL Draft.
To make room on the roster, the Steelers placed C/G David Snowon the Waived/Injured List.
