Steelers Release Tight End Weslye Saunders

The Steelers have released tight end Weslye Saunders, it was announced today.

Saunders, a second-year undrafted free agent out of South Carolina, was suspended for the first four games of this season by the NFL. In his rookie year of 2011, Saunders had four receptions and one touchdown.
