The Steelers have signed rookie free agent running back Jordan Hall. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Hall (5-9, 191) participated in the Steelers' 2014 Rookie Mini-Camp as a tryout player. He saw action in 45 games at Ohio State, making 10 starts. Hall posted 3,486 all-purpose yards, which was good for 12th best all-time on the school record chart. He also posted the single-season school record with 683 kickoff return yards in 2011. Hall rushed for 1,568 yards with 14 rushing touchdowns, and he totaled 19 overall touchdowns in his collegiate career (2009-2013).
To make room on the roster, the Steelers released rookie cornerback Deion Belue.
