PITTSBURGH – The Pittsburgh Steelers will host two youth football camps at local high schools in the next few weeks.  The Pittsburgh Steelers Youth Football Camps will feature instruction from some of the best high school and youth coaches in the area, as well as current and former Steelers players.

The camp is $175 and is open for children between the ages of 6-14.  They will participate in non-contact drills and skills sessions to win awards and prizes including autographed items.  All campers will receive a camp T-shirt, a one-year Steelers Kids Club membership, DVD highlights from the camp, as well as two tickets to a pre-season game.

"We are excited to offer a youth football camp to our young fans to give them an opportunity to improve their skills and learn from the best instructors, including our current and former players," said Steelers Youth Football/Marketing Manager Mike Marchinsky.  "We strive to grow the game of football and be a part of the community at the youth and high school level, and this is a great way to accomplish that goal."

The camps will be held at North Hills' Martorelli Stadium on July 13 and 14 and also at West Allegheny's DeMichela Stadium on July 20 and 21. Each camp can hold up to 200 players, and will run from 9am – 2:30 each day.

Children must register as it is on a first-come, first-serve registration, as each camp will fill-up quickly.  The camp sponsors include Gatorade, Tastykake, and B&L Products.

To register, log on to www.steelers.com to download the forms, or call 412-697-7713 for more information.
