The Steelers will host the Minnesota Vikings in their 2017 regular-season home opener at Heinz Field on Sunday, September 17. Kickoff for the Week Two home opener is 1 p.m.
Two days prior, the Steelers Kickoff Concert Series, presented by UPMC and PNC, will take place on Friday, September 15, at Stage AE Outdoors. This year's concert is headlined by Grammy nominated Lee Brice, featuring special guests Parmalee and A Thousand Horses.
Tickets for the Steelers Kickoff Concert will go on sale on Friday, July 14, beginning at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. On show day, gates at Stage AE Outdoors will open at 5:30 p.m.
The team's Week Two home opener against Minnesota will mark the team's annual Play 60 game. Local students that have completed the Fuel Up to Play 60 program through the American Dairy Association North East (ADANE) will be honored and will participate in pre-game festivities on the field.
