Marathon, a birthday wish and a diploma

Leading the pack for kids at the marathon, a birthday wish that helps fight cancer, and earning a diploma. It's all right here, along with some words of advice.

What do I want for my birthdays his Sunday? Keep reading to find out. May, my birthday month, is Brain Cancer Awareness Month. It also happens to be the month my dad passed away from a brain tumor. In honor of my dad and everyone affected by brain cancer, my foundation, The Heyward House, teamed up with @shopsteelcity to create a limited edition “Pittsburgh Is Stronger Than Cancer” tee. ALL proceeds go to local @reflectsofgrace to provide grants to families who have a child with brain cancer, to help cover things like living and medical expenses. For my birthday, there’s only one thing I want – to show these families how much we all care. And that we’re fighting to make Pittsburgh Stronger Than Cancer.
