Harris to Participate in the NFL's Front Office & GM Accelerator Program

As a part of the NFL's ongoing commitment to develop talent and build relationships across the league's leadership, the NFL will host its Front Office & General Manager Accelerator Program from December 9-11 at the league meeting in Irving, Texas. This year, the Steelers are excited to announce that Quentin Harris, Senior Personnel Assistant, will participate in the Accelerator.

A veteran with 18 years of NFL scouting experience, Harris is in his first season with the Steelers as the Senior Personnel Assistant. He joined the Pittsburgh front office following 16 years with the Arizona Cardinals (2008-24), including the last three seasons as the team's Vice President, Player Personnel.

Harris held other roles in the Cardinals' scouting department, including Director, Player Personnel (2019-20), Director, Pro Scouting (2013-18), Assistant Pro Personnel Director (2010-12) and Pro Scout (2008-09).

Harris participated in the inaugural NFL's Coach and Front Office Accelerator program during the 2022 offseason that took place at the league's spring meeting in Atlanta. He followed that up by participating in the same program during the 2022 regular season.

This year's accelerator marks the sixth iteration of this program and follows the 2024 Coach Accelerator that was held at the Spring League Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee.

Harris and other highly qualified candidates across player personnel, football operations, and assistant general manager roles were selected to participate in the Accelerator program. Through a series of leadership development workshops and networking sessions led by renowned academic leaders and industry experts, candidates will leave with valuable insights and practical tools to support their journey to future leadership roles.

Pittsburgh is proud to be represented at this month's program by this year's rising prospect, Harris –recognized for his proven excellence and readiness to take on top roles within the NFL.
