Steelers linebacker Keyaron Fox and wide receiver Antwaan Randle El were named honorary co-captains of the team's annual fashion show and top charitable fundraiser.
Steelers Style 2010: Beyond the Field will take place Friday, October 15 at 6 p.m. in the East Club at Heinz Field. Fox and Randle El will be joined by many of their teammates as Steelers players and their families model fashions from American Eagle Outfitters, Reebok and Nordstrom.
"The fashion show is always a lot of fun and is a charitable event that we can enjoy with our families," said Randle El. "Once we get on the runway it is like game day, we want to put on the best show possible for our fans."
"We always have fun seeing what each other is going to wear and who dresses the best on the team," said Fox. "I have to start planning now because I know I am going to hear it from my teammates if they think my fashion sense is even a little off."
Steelers Style 2010: Beyond the Field is presented by American Eagle Outfitters, Highmark and Reebok. Proceeds benefit the Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute at UPMC and the Cancer Caring Center.
