Dedication Equals Success…Perfecting the Playbook
PSSI Stadium Corp. is pleased to announce that 240 Team Members have achieved 100% attendance for all Pittsburgh Steelers and University of Pittsburgh games as well as the Kenny Chesney Poets & Pirates Concert, therefore making them eligible for Dedication Equals Success…Perfecting the Playbook. These Team Members have demonstrated their dedication to Heinz Field, which in turn helps to eliminate turnover, improve rapport with guests' and set standards for other Team Members to achieve.
Team Members, who achieved Dedication Equals Success…Perfecting the Playbook, enjoyed a fun filled evening at Heinz Field. The theme was Game Night at the Carnival, where guests entered through red and white striped tents greeted by Steely McBeam and Roc (University of Pittsburgh Mascot). The smell of fresh popped popcorn lingered throughout the East Club while guests were encouraged to mingle with fellow employees and join in the carnival festivities. Music by PJ the DJ, games such as Bingo, Thread the Nut, Deal or No Deal, Family Feud, Basketball, Skee Ball and much more were enjoyed by all! Among some of the highlights of the night were a strolling magician, a caricaturist, and an old time photo booth to capture the memories.
