DeCastro to return to practice

The Steelers got some good news on the injury front with guard David DeCastro scheduled to practice on Wednesday as the team prepares to take on the Buffalo Bills at Heinz Field on Sunday.

"He has been in this morning and worked and appears to be ready to rock-and-roll," said Coach Mike Tomlin.

In addition, the offense could get a boost with rookie receiver Markus Wheaton returning to practice full speed ahead. Wheaton has missed the last four games with a finger injury, but returned to practice in a partial capacity last week.  He has seen only limited action this season, with three receptions for 26 yards against Minnesota.

Cornerback Ike Taylor and linebacker Vince Williams will be evaluated after suffering concussions against the Patriots, while Marcus Gilbert could be held back in practice because of a right ankle injury.

Tackle Kelvin Beachum (hip flexor), defensive end Cam Heyward (knee contusion) and center Fernando Velasco (thigh) could be limited in practice early in the week.
