Ward Thanksgiving Dinner – For the second straight year Ward hosted families from the Salvation Army Homeless Family Crisis Center and Steel Valley Corps to dinner at his restaurant, South Side 86, on Thanksgiving Day.
Take a Player to School – Ward goes to school with Freedom Area Middle School eighth-grader David Grove, the winner of the "NFL's Take a Player to School" program presented by JCPenney After School Fund.
Caring Team Luncheon – Ward attends a luncheon with students who helped raise money through The Caring Team for Children.
