Receiver Antonio Brown will be playing for Team Sanders in Sunday's Pro Bowl, after he was selected with the first pick in the 12th round, the 23rd pick overall, in the first ever Pro Bowl Draft.
"It was a long wait," said Brown after his selection, "but I am in there with some great guys. I am excited to be here."
Hall of Famers Deion Sanders and Jerry Rice are the alumni team captains, and Sanders selected the fourth-year receiver. Team Sanders will be coached by Indianapolis Colts Coach Chuck Pagano, while Team Rice will be coached by Carolina Panthers Coach Ron Rivera.
Brown will join team captains Jamaal Charles and J.J. Watt who helped to make the selection.
Sixty players are selected during the draft on NFL Network. Additional players, including centers and defensive linemen, were selected on Tuesday.
The Pro Bowl will be played on Sunday, January 26 at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu and televised on NBC.
