Here We Go:** Newly signed tight end Ladarius Green, who played for the San Diego Chargers, definitely was aware of the presence of Steelers fans when the two teams played in San Diego in 2015 and Steelers Nation took over the stadium. Green said being a part of that is one of the reasons he came to Pittsburgh.
"I think everybody noticed the number of Steelers fans out there," said Green. "When we saw the towels in the air, it was pretty bad for us because we had to go to a silent count. But, you know they're there. You know the fan base they have and you know the fans love them, the team loves them and you want to be around that kind of stuff. People get behind you and they root for you, which was a big part of me coming."
- D-fense: One thing Green won't have to worry about anymore is going against the Steelers' defense on game day when he knew you always had to bring your 'A' game.
"We knew they were aggressive and physical," said Green. "We knew we had to put our big-boy pads on to get ready to block them. We knew it was going to be a tough battle, especially on Monday Night Football. It was a big game. We were both 2-2. We knew it was going to be a pretty tough game. I was thinking about their linebackers and how fast they were. We knew they could fly. I knew I couldn't outrun them. We knew they got to the ball pretty good."

Just be yourself:** Green played behind Antonio Gates in San Diego and while it limited his playing time, it was a great learning experience for him.
"Playing behind him for four years, he's like a big brother to me," said Green. "He always helped me out. The most important thing he taught me was to be myself. I had to learn way back then to not try to be him and not try to follow in his footsteps. So, he taught me to be myself, and that's what I'm going to apply here as well, as far as not trying to be Heath (Miller). Because, Heath is Heath. You can't be Heath. That's why Heath is who he is, so I'm going to try to be myself here as well."
