ELIGIBILITY: The 2024 Neighborhood Ford Store's Toughest Truck, Toughest Team Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Elk, Fayette, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Lawrence, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Washington and Westmoreland in Pennsylvania; Brooke, Harrison, Lewis, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Pleasants, Preston, Randolph, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur, Wetzel, Wood in West Virginia; Belmont, Columbiana, Jefferson, Monroe, Washington in Ohio; and Allegany and Garrett in Maryland, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance as of date of entry ("Entrant"). INELIGIBLE ARE THE FOLLOWING: Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of the Pittsburgh District Ford Ads, Inc. ("Sponsor") dealerships, Ford Motor Company, Ford Credit as well as any other automotive original equipment manufacturer or Supplier, GTB Agency LLC as well as any other marketing/communications agencies, media companies, Pittsburgh Steelers LLC and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, sponsor marketing employees and affiliates, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities"). The Sweepstakes is void outside of the designated counties in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland and where prohibited by law.

Participation constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an Entrant's residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("EDST") on July 25, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time ("ET") on December 15, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period") and includes ten (10) entry periods (each an "Entry Period") and ten drawing dates (each a "Drawing Date") as outlined below:

Dates of each Entry Period are subject to the Pittsburgh Steelers game schedule. If a game is rescheduled, that respective Entry Period's dates may change. Should a game be canceled, the respective Entry Period's dates would remain. Non-winning entries will carry forward into subsequent Entry Period drawings. Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: Pittsburgh District Ford Ads, Inc., c/o GTB Agency, LLC, 322 Mall Blvd, #305 Monroeville, PA 15146.

ADMINISTRATORS: Pittsburgh Steelers LLC, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 and GTB Agency, LLC, 322 Mall Blvd, #305 Monroeville, PA 15146 (each an "Administrator").

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Administrators, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Being selected as a potential winner and winning the grand prize are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: There are two (2) ways to register to play the Sweepstakes:

1) Via Web: Visit http://www.steelers.com/WinAFordTruck (the "Website") during the Sweepstakes Period, fill out the necessary information and submit the registration form as directed ("Web Registration"). ALL WEB REGISTRATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:59 PM ON THE APPLICABLE ENTRY PERIOD END DATE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DRAWING DURING SUCH ENTRY PERIOD BUT IN NO EVENT LATER THAN 11:59 PM ET ON DECEMBER 15, 2024. Entrants are responsible for all charges imposed by their Internet service/ provider, including any applicable taxes on such services, in connection with submission of registration. Upon successful submission of the registration information, Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period (an "Entry").

Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online Entry form to be eligible. Incomplete Entries are void. Online Entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive commercial emails and brochures from Sponsor, Steelers.com and NFL.com, however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Entrant's consent to receive such emails or brochures.

2) Via Official Entry Form at Events: Visit the Neighborhood Ford Store booth at selected Steelers Training Camp, at related events, or at Acrisure Stadium when the Neighborhood Ford Store activation team visits during the Sweepstakes Period ("Events" or "Event')) and complete the official Entry form. Entry form registrations completed at Events must be received by 11:59 pm ET on the applicable Entry Period End Date to be eligible for the drawing during such Entry Period but in no event later than 11:69 pm ET on December 15, 2024. Entrants must fully complete all non-optional data requested on the Entry form and submit the Entry at the booth at the Event to be eligible. Incomplete Entries are void. Upon successful submission of the registration information, Entrant will receive one (1) Entry into the applicable Entry Period.

During the Sweepstakes, an Entrant may receive a link to the Website by scanning the QR Code on select Sweepstakes materials. An Entrant may center the QR Code in the camera of his/her mobile device to scan the QR Code. Once completed, Entrant will receive a link to the Website and follow the steps above to enter. An Entrant cannot participate solely by scanning the QR Code.

Regardless of method of entry, there is a limit of one Entry per person, per household, per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor and Administrators are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All Entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to contact Entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this Sweepstakes. Any Entry that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed defective and is void and will not be honored.

PRIZES: There will be a total of ten (10) First Prizes (defined below) and one (1) Grand Prize (defined below) (collectively, the "Prizes").

FIRST PRIZE RANDOM DRAWINGS: On or around each Drawing Date outlined in the chart above, the Administrator will select one (1) potential first prize winner from among all eligible Entries received for the respective Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period, for a total of ten (10) potential first prize winners. Each winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

FIRST PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"), AND ODDS OF WINNING:

First Prize (10 total; 1 per Entry Period): Each first prize includes two (2) tickets (the "Tickets") to the final regular season Steelers home game of the 2024 NFL season in January 2025, a $100 Steeler's Pro Shop gift card (for winner only), and a Steelers luncheon (details of luncheon determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), (each a "First Prize") (exact date and time of game determined by Administrator in its sole discretion). The ARV of each First Prize is $500. No more than ten (10) First Prizes, one (1) per Entry Period, will be awarded.

Sponsor is not responsible if event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. First Prize winners will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the game, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. First Prize winners agree that game admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest if either winner or his/her guest violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event.

Travel, transportation, parking, lodging, meals, all federal, state and local taxes and any and all other cost or expenses not expressly set forth in these Official Rules are not included in a First Prize.

Total ARV of all First Prizes: The total ARV of all First Prizes is $5,000.

Odds of Winning a First Prize: The odds of winning a First Prize depends on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for each Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period.

First Prize General Conditions: Each potential First Prize winner will be contacted by telephone or e-mail address as listed in the potential winner's Entry. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact the potential First Prize winners. Each First Prize winner will subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. If the three (3) attempts to contact any potential First Prize winner fail, then an alternative potential First Prize winner will be selected. Failure of the potential First Prize winners to provide all required information and a signature on the documents (if applicable) within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of a winner's right to claim his/her First Prize, and may result in the First Prize being awarded to an alternate winner, if time permits. If a potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the First Prize, the respective First Prize may be forfeited. If a First Prize is forfeited, the First Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in its/their sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a First Prize, the First Prize may not be re-awarded. Upon verification of eligibility, each First Prize winner will be contacted to make arrangements for the grand prize event ("Grand Prize Event"). Any difference between the stated value and the actual face value of the Tickets will not be awarded.

First Prize winners are required to travel to Acrisure Stadium (the "Stadium") for the Grand Prize Event in January 2025 at their own expense (including parking, if necessary) and must be willing to participate in an on-field half-time presentation as stated below. If any First Prize winner fails for any reason to appear for the Grand Prize Event, the opportunity to participate in same will be forfeited and no alternate potential First Prize winners will be selected. Sponsor and Administrators are not responsible for the postponement or cancelation of the Grand Prize Event; no substitute tickets will be provided.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION: Each First Prize winner will be required to attend the Grand Prize Event in January 2025 at their own expense (including parking, if necessary). At the Grand Prize Event, each First Prize winner will be required to participate in a random presentation process during half-time of the final regular season home game of the 2024 NFL season (the "Game"). If any First Prize winner fails for any reason to appear for the Grand Prize Event at the Game, the opportunity to participate in same will be forfeited. Details of the Grand Prize Event will be determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion. The Grand Prize Event will include a random drawing of the potential Grand Prize winner from the pool of First Prize winners present at the Game. If the Grand Prize Event or Game must be cancelled or postponed due to any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from amongst the First Prize winners to determine the Grand Prize winner.

GRAND PRIZE, ARV, ODDS OF WINNING:

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize is a 2024 F 150 Super Crew XLT with "Official Truck of the Pittsburgh Steelers" wrap (the "Truck") ("Grand Prize"). ARV of the Grand Prize is $63,530.00. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

Odds of Winning the Grand Prize: The odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1:10 (if ten (10) First Prize winners participate in the Grand Prize Event).

Grand Prize General Conditions The Grand Prize will be available for pick up from a Ford dealership at a date and time chosen by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Transportation to the dealership is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes based on the value of the Truck as well as any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees, and any expenses not listed herein related to receipt, possession, acceptance, and use of the Grand Prize. The actual style, model, make color, design and features of the Grand Prize may vary from any depictions of it in the promotion materials. The Sponsor will determine the style, model, make, color, design, and features including but not limited to exterior and interior. Grand Prize Truck may be used as a display vehicle for events regarding the Sweepstakes. Normal wear and tear of driving, including mileage as a display vehicle under 6,000 miles, will exist for the Truck. Grand Prize Winner will be the first retail owner of the Truck, and the Truck will remain untitled until the Grand Prize Winner receives the prize as required by the new vehicle laws of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland. The Grand Prize Winner must show a valid driver's license and proof of insurance before the Truck will be awarded. Any difference between the stated value, or MSRP, and the actual face value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.

The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) and any other requested documents within five (5) calendar days from the date of attempted notification or the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner, at the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Failure to provide all required information and a signature on the documents within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of a winner's right to claim his/her Grand Prize, and may result in the Grand Prize being awarded to an alternate winner, if time permits. If a potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize may be forfeited. If the Grand Prize is forfeited, the Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible First Prize winners, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: None of the Prizes may be transferred or assigned in whole or in part. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize in whole or in part with another Prize of equal or greater value if the intended Prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize winners will be responsible for all expenses (except those specified as being the Sponsor's responsibility under these Official Rules) relating to acceptance and use of the Prize. In the event that a Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the winner status and/or applicable Prize will be awarded at the Sponsor's discretion. Any portion of a Prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Each winner shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes for his/her Prize won. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the Grand Prize winner. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely each winner's responsibility. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all insurance and maintenance on the Truck. The Prizes will only be awarded to verified winners.

Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential winner as set forth above, but Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including without limitation e-mails that are not received because of a winner's privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes e-mail, including any winner notification e-mail, to a spam or junk folder. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the prize or force majeure, at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor and Administrator shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Prize for any reason.

ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: By entering, each Entrant agrees to: a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, the Administrators and/or the Sweepstakes judges which are binding and final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of the Administrators and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property; including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory); defamation; slander; libel; violation of right of publicity; infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights; property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry; participation in the Sweepstakes; acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of a Prize; and d) agree to comply with any and all restrictions and/or limitations on entry to Stadium in order to attend the Grand Prize Event, whether imposed by state, federal or local authority, or by the NFL, failure to comply with such restrictions is grounds for disqualification and such determination shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in this Sweepstakes as a First Prize winner constitutes your consent to use of your name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, social media posts, entry and/or state of residence for promotional and advertising purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further consideration, notification or permission. In addition, First Prize winners featured in any of sponsor's on-air presentation will be required to sign any agreements and releases designed by Sponsor with respect to their services and performances. The rights include on-location or studio-based on-air camera appearances, footage created when the First Prize winner is contacted and any photographs, videos or other materials provided by First Prize winners to Sponsor. The Grand Prize winner will abide by all of the above, be required to fulfill all eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules and in addition sign an affidavit.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Each Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond an Administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by an Administrator in its sole discretion. Each Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, each Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. An Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The Game and Stadium where Grand Prize Event are scheduled to occur are managed and controlled by third parties, and Sponsor does not have any power to manage or control the operations of the Game and/or Stadium, including control over entry policies and restrictions for the Grand Prize Event. Sponsor makes no guarantees or warranties about the Game itself or a First Prize winner's ability to gain entry to the Stadium for the Grand Prize Event. The Sponsor is not responsible is not responsible for the action or inaction of the Administrator, nor is Sponsor liable for any loss or penalties incurred if the Grand Prize Event must be delayed, postponed, cancelled or changed for any reason; for acts of nature or for amenities, services, and/or facilities not being be available (or entry restricted or limited) due to renovations, strikes, bankruptcy and/or acts of nature. The Administrators are not responsible for the action or inaction of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant's printing or completion errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. If for any reason an Entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another Entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received up to the date of discontinuance for the prize offered herein. No more than the stated prize will be awarded.

DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts, state and Federal, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Entrant expressly agrees to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim indirect, special, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant, Sponsor and/or Administrators in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
