ENTRIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. ONE ENTRY ALLOWED PER PERSON. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED BY SPONSOR. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.
By participating in the 2021 Pittsburgh Steelers NFL Draft Prediction Game Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), you ("you" or "Entrant") agree to these official rules ("Rules"), inclusive of all terms and conditions. Please read the Rules carefully before participating. You must follow the directions provided within these Rules to be eligible to win a prize package containing either (i) a JuJu Smith-Schuster autographed replica Steelers jersey, (ii) an NFL Draft hat, or (iii) an NFL Draft tumbler (each a "Prize"), as determined by the Steelers in their sole and absolute discretion, in connection with this Sweepstakes.
SPONSOR: *This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pittsburgh Steelers LLC, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 ("Sponsor" or "Steelers*").
HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 A.M. EST on April 23, 2021 and end at 11:59 PM EST on April 26, 2021 ("Promotion Period"). To enter the Sweepstakes, you must create and/or login to your Facebook account and participate in the NFL Draft Prediction Game by submitting what position you would like the Steelers to draft during the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft (the "Web Entry"). Those eligible individuals submitting a completed Web Entry (the "Entrants") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules and will be entered into a random Prize drawing to be held by Sponsor after the Promotion Period (the "Drawing"). All Entrants agree that all decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Sweepstakes, and Entrants waive any right to challenge any decisions made by Sponsor, and waive any right to claim any ambiguities in the Rules or any Entry.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: Send a letter or post card which includes your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and what position you would like the Steelers to draft during the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft postmarked by April 26, 2021, to 358 North Shore Drive, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212, Attn: 2021 Pittsburgh Steelers NFL Draft Prediction Game Sweepstakes. By completing and sending the mail-in entry, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules (the "Mail-In Entry", and collectively with a Web Entry, an "Entry").
Entries, regardless of the method of Entry, must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Limit of ONE (1), AND ONLY ONE (1), ENTRY PER PERSON. Multiple entries received from any person beyond this limit may void all such additional entries. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, are void and will not be accepted.
Failure to follow any instructions provided in these Rules may result in disqualification. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor, and Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for your costs of entering, including online access charges, etc. The time of receipt of any valid Entry shall be the time such valid Entry becomes available to Sponsor. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock of the Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, an Entrant gives express permission to be contacted by Sponsor.
BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED. UNLESS AND UNTIL THEY ELECT TO OPT OUT, ENTRANTS TO THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY RECEIVE MARKETING AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION FROM SPONSOR AND/OR ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT, HOWEVER, DEPENDENT UPON ENTRANT'S CONSENT TO RECEIVE SUCH MARKETING AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING ARE NOT AFFECTED BY SUCH CONSENT. BY PROVIDING CONTACT INFORMATION AND NOT ELECTING TO OPT OUT, ENTRANTS CONSENT TO BEING CONTACTED BY SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES AND CONTRACTORS. CONTACT METHODS MAY INCLUDE MAILINGS, EMAILS, TEXTS AND TELEPHONE CALLS (INCLUDING THOSE GENERATED FROM AN AUTOMATED TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM) AT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED, INCLUDING ANY WIRELESS TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to (a) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry; and (b) legal residents of Mexico who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, this Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law, rule or regulation. Officers, members, managers, and employees of Sponsor Entities (as defined below), members of these persons' immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. "Sponsor Entities" shall mean Sponsor, the National Football League ("NFL"), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies, administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies involved with the Sweepstakes, and any other person or entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes. The NFL is not, however, an actual Sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
WINNER: *There will be five (5) winners (each a "Winner*") selected at random from the pool of eligible Entrants who have completed the required Entry steps during the Promotion Period. Five (5) Winners will be selected by a Drawing to be held on or about April, 27 2021 or as soon thereafter as possible in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Winning is subject to verification of eligibility.
PRIZE: There will be five (5) prizes (each a "Prize") awarded. The Winners of the Drawing shall each receive a single Prize of either (a) one (1) JuJu Smith-Schuster autographed Steelers replica jersey; (b) two (2) Steelers New Era 39Thirty 2021 NFL Draft hats; or (c) two (2) Steelers 2021 NFL Draft color rush stealth tumblers. The Winners selected and the actual Prizes awarded will be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the Prizes another item of comparable or greater value in its sole and absolute discretion. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the JuJu Smith-Schuster autographed Steelers replica jersey Prize is $300. ARV of each Steelers 2021 NFL Draft hat Prize is $33.95. ARV of each Steelers 2021 NFL Draft tumbler Prize is $27.95. Total ARV of the Prizes is $423.80. DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC, PRIZE FULFILLMENT MAY BE DELAYED OR NOT POSSIBLE.
NO TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT OF THE PRIZE: Exact Prize details shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The Winners will not receive the difference between actual value and ARV, if any. Odds of winning a Prize depends upon the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Winners' participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners unless otherwise provided in these Rules.
NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify the potential Winners via Facebook Messenger, or at the telephone number (land line or cell) and/or by the email provided in the Entry. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact a potential Winner via Facebook Messenger, telephone and/or email within twenty four (24) hours from the time of the Drawing in which the potential Winner was selected. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Winner by Facebook Messenger, telephone and/or email within such twenty four (24) hour period, then that potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Prize Winner's Entry will be drawn from all remaining eligible Entries at random. At the time of Sponsor's contact with the potential Winners, the potential Winners will be asked to provide his/her proof of age, and a government-issued photo ID. The notified eligible Winners shall be the only parties eligible to claim the Prizes.
If a Winner declines a Prize, fails to claim a Prize, is unavailable for Prize fulfillment, fails to abide by all the Rules, or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate Winner from all remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Winner.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By submission of his or her Entry, an Entrant grants to Sponsor, and each of its designees, the right to use or publicize such Entrant's name, address (city and state of residence), voice, statements, photograph and/or other likeness (and as to the Entrant who wins, the right to use of the Prize information), for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation, and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Rules, including all Entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor Entities, the NFL and each of its other member clubs and affiliates, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties"), for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of the Prizes (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prizes (or any portion thereof).
Additionally, if a potential Winner is under the age of eighteen (18), or in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, then that potential Winner's parent or legal guardian must execute a Parental Waiver and Release in the form attached hereto as Attachment A in order for such potential Winner be eligible to claim a Prize.
PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy (http://www.steelers.com/legal/privacy-policy/) and these Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Rules, Sponsor's Privacy Policy shall control and govern.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, or garbled entries, interrupted or unavailable network or other connections; misdirected, blocked, or delayed notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, or the announcement of the Prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any such term. All disputes will be resolved under the internal substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and the laws of the United States. All disputes arising out of or with respect to this Sweepstakes or these Rules shall be heard exclusively in the courts, state and federal, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR AND/OR ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winners and award the Prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor further reserves the right to revoke the Prizes or remove an Entrant or Prize Winner, at any time, if the Entrant or Prize Winner acts in a manner that is, in Sponsor's sole discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time in connection with the Sweepstakes or Prizes.
WINNER'S NAMES/OFFICIAL RULES REQUEST: To obtain the names of the Winners or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a request and a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 2021 Pittsburgh Steelers NFL Draft Prediction Game Sweepstakes, 358 North Shore Drive, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212. The Winner's names/Official Rules requests must be received by December 31, 2021.
FACEBOOK RELEASE AND DISCLAIMER:Each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. The information you provide to Sponsor will only be used for Sponsor's promotional purposes. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless Facebook completely from any liability in regard to this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not Facebook.

YOUR CHILD (THE "POTENTIAL WINNER") HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE POTENTIAL WINNER IN THE "2021 PITTSBURGH STEELERS NFL DRAFT PREDICTION GAME SWEEPSTAKES" (THE "SWEEPSTAKES"). IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO BE ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM HIS/HER PRIZE, YOU MUST SIGN AND RETURN THIS FORM ATTESTING TO YOUR CHILD'S ELIGIBILITY AND TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY PITTSBURGH STEELERS LLC ("STEELERS") AND THE OTHER RELEASEES DESCRIBED BELOW.
In consideration for my child being permitted to participate in any way in the Sweepstakes, I, for myself, my child who has been selected as the potential winner, my personal representatives, heirs and next of kin:
- Hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Pittsburgh Steelers LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies, and administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes, as well as the National Football League, its member clubs, NFL Properties, Inc. and each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, as well as the officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees and agents of the foregoing (herein referred to as "Releasees") from all liability to the undersigned, or the undersigned's personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands thereof on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
- Fully recognize that, in signing this Release, if I or my child are hurt or our property is damaged arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, neither I nor my child will have any right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against the Releasees, even if they or any of them caused my or my child's injury or damage.
- Hereby agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to my or my child's participation in the Sweepstakes, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
- Hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of or related to my or my child's participation in the Sweepstakes whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise.
