2023 PITTSBURGH STEELERS FEDEX AIR AND GROUND ZONE
WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM
I am voluntarily engaging in various football related activities ("Football Activities") in the FedEx Air and Ground Zone (the "Air and Ground Zone") located at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA and/or at Acrisure Stadium on Art Rooney Avenue in Pittsburgh, PA entirely on my own initiative, risk, and responsibility. I voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while visiting the Air and Ground Zone and/or by participating in the Football Activities. If I am under eighteen (18), I have secured a parent/guardian signature giving me permission to attend and participate in the Football Activities because I am under eighteen (18) years of age.
I, intending to be legally bound hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive, release, and forever discharge Pittsburgh Steelers LLC and PSSI Stadium LLC (individually and collectively, "Steelers"), FedEx Services, St. Vincent College, the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, the National Football League and its member clubs, as well as their respective officers, directors, managers, shareholders, members, employees, and agents and anyone else involved directly or indirectly with the Steelers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, costs and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury of any nature, suffered by me in connection with the Air and Ground Zone and/or the Football Activities.
If I should suffer any injury while visiting the Air and Ground Zone and/or participating in the Football Activities, I authorize the officials of the Steelers to use their discretion to treat me or to have me transported to a medical facility and I take full responsibility for this action, and I agree to hold Steelers harmless from any and all liability relating to any such treatment.
I also grant full permission to the Steelers or its associated/affiliated parties to use my name, likeness, image and voice, as well as any pictures or recordings of any type of me taken or made before, during or after the Football Activities for any legitimate purpose, including, without limitation, promotional and television broadcasting and similar reuse. I hereby release Steelers from any liability with respect to any cause of action arising out of such use, distribution, or exhibition of any such materials, including without limitation any claims for copyright infringement, libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or violation of right of publicity.
