The Steelers are headed to Denver.
The Steelers 18-16 win over the Cincinnati Bengals has the Steelers advancing to the play the Denver Broncos on Sunday, Jan. 17 at 4:40 p.m. at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
The win also gave the Steelers 34 postseason victories, tying them with the Dallas Cowboys for most postseason wins by a franchise.
The Steelers defeated the Broncos 34-27 at Heinz Field on Dec. 20. Ben Roethlisberger completed 40 passes for 380 yards and three touchdowns, while Antonio Brown had 16 receptions for 189 yards and two touchdown receptions.
For the Broncos, quarterback Brock Osweiler got the start, completing 21 passes for 296 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. Emmanuel Sanders was his go-to guy, pulling in 10 receptions for 181 yards, including a 61-yard touchdown.
The Steelers will get a different look this time around from the Broncos, as the team has already announced Peyton Manning will start at quarterback.
The Steelers are 3-4 all-time against the Broncos in the postseason. The last time the two teams met in the postseason the Steelers lost in overtime, 29-23, on Jan. 8, 2012 in Denver. The Steelers last defeated the Broncos in the postseason, 34-17, on Jan. 22, 2006, in the AFC Championship Game in Denver en route to winning Super Bowl XL.
